Zammmm, that would make sense but the filing came out in Feb 2016 saying they incorporated in Delaware. The filing there is current and recent (as of Sept 2015). If it is incorrect it should be addressed.
UMS Corp is the holding company that is a sub of iTALK. I don't think they are really one are they? UMS Corp is a sub and affiliate of iTALK.
I have to laugh. I think David is Levy or Lee. Oh well. He was the one who responded.
I send him another email and asked when the SOS would be updated for iTALK with Lee as President and the new share structure. I will let you know if he responds.
