Two positive things ....
Treaty still has 3 BOD members. None have resigned yet
The bashing continues, more than ever, but no cares as it's 3 - 4 year old news.
The SEC or County Sheriff ( in Gwyns case ) have the bad boys in jail. They are no longer a threat to the company.
I can't stop from thinking how much of a mess the books were and the amount of time and energy it is taking to sort it out. Any vendor or supplier Treaty must contact for for information I'm sure have no interest in helping.
This being said The SEC most likely will over look a 100 % accurate filing.How can they be when the same one's who did this, are now being sued by the SEC
