Anyone surprised we haven't heard from James yet regarding the suspension in a PR or some type of post anywhere? I see they took care of all the fillings and "in MY OPINION" it appears a 211 has been submitted as well, just from reading all the documents and attorney letter.

Wouldn't you think James would put something out saying something about the situation or am i crazy here?
