The company issued the first announcement an hour early at 1500 EST and it was too complex for most to comprehend during trading hours. Looks like a few people panicked and sold.

The company obviously had a lot of queries why the announcement was released early as they have since tweeted that there will be a further announcement tomorrow as well as the Shareholder Conference Call on Monday.

Breakout above .0010 probably not coming today now until people reassess the announcement after hours and see the next one tomorrow.
Trade with caution going forward mindful that 400M traded today with the majority at .0008/9.
