Sorry in advance for my ignorance, BUT, can anyone here explain to me how we (shareholders) are going to benefit financially from this partnership/merger deal? When and how does this affect our share price? I agree with the previous posts concerning the fact that Gerald conspicuously left out how this was going to be good for "shareholder value" as if it wasn't going to be. He always seems to mention that, but didn't this time.

Also, based on recent past experience, will all of you be giving Gerald the green light to increase the share count? If so, why?
