According to Edgar Online, as of 3/23/12, Mr. Scott still holds the 5.5M shares of EEDG:

Anyone want to do the math on this one: He got 5.5M shares at .001 (as payment for services, so really he got 'em for "free"), and today they are trading at .02.........
