Level 2 Observations - March 8.
Same large bid of 350M .0001 including 293K from CSTI.
Initially a smaller ask of 84M at .0002 including a VNDM 10K.
Then VNDM started to show a real figure - 45.7M - taking the ask to 127M.
This might indicate that if VNDM has any convertible debt selling to do:
1. He is waiting to do it at .0002 and is giving an indication of the amount.
2. As previously stated, you might not want to rely on the hope of getting filled at .0001 by a huge convertible debt sell at .0001. There is probably 400M+ in the queue there already in bids that show and AONs that don't.
One person took the hint and took 2.6M off the bid and hit the ask.
Only one person picked up 3M at .0001 today - 347M+ in non-AON bids at .0001 at the close.
