I wonder if the prospectus attached to the note(s) has ever been produced. According to Johnsen, this would dictate how the converted shares would be treated as to dividends. It seems like if this prospectus exists, this hearing would have been a good time to enter it into evidence.
If COR and its clients haven't produced this, they're hiding something.
