Just inquiring who or what has led to your understanding. It must be information that differs from what the rest of us have heard since CT broke silence. Can you elaborate, or is this just your personal take?

While I can buy the theory that the task to assemble filings has been difficult, I would think that once accomplished, review and approval would be duck soup. If NOT, then it begs the question of what is so volatile and/or complex about the information and who has it under review. Auditors? Legal? Both?.
