I hope your right, early release would be great but I don't think its in the cards just yet. At this point there won't be any legislation in time to help him out, as the type of legislation currently introduced would typically get a minimum of 180 days to approve followed by 180 days to implement at the BOP, and he will be out before then. He is down to 286 days before hitting halfway house, and then two weeks after that he will be home and to home confinement. In both halfway house and home confinement he will be allowed to go to work every day.
David is very much interested in coming back as CEO, and those discussions have been taking place. His attorney is working to have cleared the way for him to do that so. IMO it just might happen.
