If MSJ does not exist, which Jackass is sugesting, then there can't be a lawsuit between Bandera Gold and MSJ. So, Jackass, which is it? MSJ is real and there's a lawsuit or not real and no lawsuit. If not real, then there's no contract for BGL to be at Cinco Minas.
