It usually takes me 90-120 days to get RFP's completed and awarded in a small county school system. It took 6 months or more when I was doing the same for the Air Force. The absolute minimum that I could award a contract at the schools system and accept delivery under non emergency conditions is 70 days.
Big companies like Boeing are going to work more like gov't. Its going to be a while.
