not so slow.
you're suggesting the market is pricing Avant as if the mergers won't occur as stated, yet the price is moving on news of the merger.....
market is forward looking. and remember there will be lock ups etc after all is said and done and the liquid float is really only something like 2 million shares.
to add. without theranostics we had a cleaner shell and more focused management for the assets, but we still didn't have serious diagnostic expertise, a facility, or relationships. We have serious synergy with this. I was not keen on the avant move, but was better than nothing. I think we have something substantial here even if cash remains a problem. Still, our stake must now be viewed as a serious asset that can only help our financing, to what extent I do not know.
