Volume exploding. Volume always preceedes pps and everyone, almost knows that. A ton of minipulation going on here. Looks like two groups; one short, the other a group that used to be short, and have gone long. The latter group I believe drove the pps down since last summer, and may indeed be ready to take it back up with upcoming Phase I news and Patent new on the horizon. My own conjecture of course, but I think that is what i s going on. The group of shorts got caught off guard and are in deep trouble....May lose their shirts!
