jerry's replies should be kept in context. he gets hundreds of emails a day and to his credit he does his best to reply to most of them even though they are just quick one-sentence replies. i get the opinion from his replies to me that he is overwhelmed and doesn't have the resources or the time to do everything we all would like him to do.
in time that should change. as the company grows, so will its resources and staff.
