I think that sympathy is misplaced. I suppose it's possible that someone could have shorted at the low of $0.019 and now would have to hit the ask at $0.025...but I suspect most of the sympathy should be saved for the longs who rode the stock down from $7.

You investors should look inward at the company. Certainly after a year of PTOI of being so busy working closely with EcoNav that PTOI couldn't even hold a shareholders' meeting, Mr. Heddle must have some information as to why the EcoNav deal simply fell apart. Do you investors, as owners of the company, feel you deserve to know why the biggest thing going for PTOI simply evaporated??...or do you simply keep trusting that Mr. Heddle has your best interests in mind and feel that you shouldn't be bothered with "details" like why yet another year was lost??
