TY Daddy, just trying to keep the facts out there.
I was happy to find out i misread about when the wells on the section 3(a)10 exemption are paid off, that they are to drill any 4 wells on any lease of XNRG's choosing, per the post from Jerry. When oil prices recover, that is going to be a great ace!
Hopefully soon we hear of a completed deal.
