Maybe you are on to something.....In order for a buyout to happen NTEK needs its PPS to rise much higher before an acquiring company would consider the acquisition palatable. R/S gets us there.

I'm with you and I say either sell to the highest bidder or spin off UF. Just please do something that benefits NTEK longs for a change. This appears to be investors only hope.
