For those who can see through their tears and hankerchiefs, today's trading is quite interesting.

Quite a bit of selling that brought the PPS to a low of 16. However, a decent buy at the Ask of only 17, and the Ask went right back up to 20, with the Bid sitting at 18. 

Currently, both Bid and Ask are above current price. All of this makes one wonder: How much of the float is locked up?

I'm in another play (ANDI) where the float is known to be locked and is trading in a similar fashion. Sales into the Bid to drive the PPS down, creating panic and selling, and thus free shares. As soon as there is a bit of buying pressure, the PPS recoups and then it holds tight.
