it will get there one way or another, right now I am just looking forward to the hearing and the outcome of that which we all know should be a pretty easy decision provided nobody is in anybody's pockets and with what is going on in the process should be sending a warning to stay out of the pockets, so many of us have already contacted the sub-committee and so on.
