The good thing about this deal that I see is that the debt will be locked up for at least one year. Then it will be a long time to convert it all into stock because only 5% can be converted at any one time. Sounds like the guys are getting in based on upcoming announcements. The company has been trying to get some product out for a long time and it looks like this is probably for inventory. We could move up a lot from here
