From the January 29 PR, these are the steps that have to be completed. The CEO has confirmed recently that these actions are progressing.
1. Life’s Holdings, Inc. filed today (January 29) to change it’s name to St. James Remedies, Inc. and to increase it’s authorized shares to accommodate it’s purchase of (2) truck side advertising patents from INCC.
2. St. James Remedies will issue INCC 2 billion shares of its common stock as payment for INCC’s (2) truck side advertising patents on or before the February 28th, 2016 closing.
3. INCC intends distribute the 2 Billion shares to it’s shareholders of record as of March 31, 2016.
4. The shares will be distributed to the shareholders of record shortly after they have been registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. INCC expects St. James will file a registration statement for the shares shortly after the issuance of shares to INCC.
Like anything in OTC land - anything can happen at any time.
