I am convinced its the fake naked shares before Merger was announced. I am not sure what the numbers are, but they need to be bought back on mergers or name changes. Someone is keeping the price down in order to do so.
That is what I think is going on - just look at the volume pre-merger announcement. On posted good news they go in overdrive trying to keep the price down.
TALK slowness to complete merger is giving them the time needed to buy back, but I don't think they will be able to buy back all of them if merger finalizes next week with 10-K, 10-Q and yield gone.
