As SOS? She implements American foreign policy as set by the president. Just like Condi rice. What did Condi 'promise' us?

I'm content to await the general campaign and see who brings what to the table.
I suggest we start with comparing the loss of lives, jobs and stock valuations one Administration from another. That comparison was sufficient for a Dem win in '12. That and the fact that Mittens was a stiff, and P. Ryan not much better.
Seriously, what competencies do you believe any Republican can bring to the debate? What can they point to as a credible model from their recent past that can assure us a better future?
