I watched as Romney delivered it and I've read the text. While I'm admittedly, decidedly, anti-Trump, I heard nothing that was factually inaccurate. Nor did I think Romney's 'opinion' of Trump was uniquely Romney's, or not based upon the evidence of Trump's own words and actions.

I think that is was in fact a "concise, categorical takedown of Trump's intellect, character and motivation...."
