TALK worried about lawsuit?
I makes so much sense to shutdown over a frivilous 800K lawsuit. So I say talk does the following to make naysayers happy
Shutdown a 25 million dollar a year company which is about to go National.
Close all 1600 CDPMOBILE stores and distribution centers.
Forget about expanding to over 5000 stores in 2016.
forget about finalizing a (massive) agreement with a software company that specializes in wireless business solutions that could be worth hundred of millions.
Teminates T-Mobile master dealer program
Terminates Sprint MVNO agrement
