Awesome observation, and yes you're correct - top & bottom Bollinger bands are starting to form a narrow channel which imo at this point in time, indicates significantly lowered stock volatility, meaning investor confidence is strong.

If anyone hasn't noticed already - Bill has lowered the amount of tweets, in which I believe he is timing the release of his news updates. Whether that is to take advantage of the selling by retiring shares at a more economical pps, or to attract healthy consolidation and avoid 'stock bubbles' - who knows? All I can speculate is that it is a healthy move.
