I've explained it a few time before also, but people just want to believe that those numbers mean something that they don't . I'm not saying that there are not people shorting the stock but the numbers that are posted at the end of the day don't really mean as much as people think. Those short numbers in the OTC don't mean the same thing as they do in the major market. This in no way means that I don't think the MM's are manipulating the pps. All you have to do is watch L2 and you know the pps is being manipulated.
