$TPAC Good points, and very true. I wonder if they will manipulate a double bottom to retrace at .002 once we are at .003, just as it appears on the candle displayed on 2/12. Breaking out of this downtrend is much needed and will hopefully begin very shortly, either via a technical move or by some form of announcement from Bill, such as the PO being delivered with check in hand(unless already prepaid, of course).
