Isn't there usually a NDA in place during times of acquisitions? I'm not suggesting there is. I'm simply asking being that Bill had mentioned the possibility(ies) of acquisitions in the past. He did say, last year, that two companies that had connections to $TPAC had approached him with the idea that $TPAC acquire them.
