The bashers keep rotating the same bs over and over again. The longs sit on the board and protect the company against the relentless attacks regardless of what is said...to the point where they are being banned from the board. Then the company gives the bashers one more reason to point out the red flags with the merger. Its as if the company stood all the longs side by side and gave them one big bitch slap.

The 8k was completely unnecessary. A PR can stand on it's own without filing an 8k. This should be obvious as there is a disclaimer in the second paragraph. Yet someone wasn't thinking when they issued the PR and maybe overstated the 2016 revenues so they issued the 8k to correct the amount. That was unnecessary as well as the amount was an estimate and it didn't help shareholders at all.
