scottrade's web portal just went down along with their phone access system. i cant log in and have gone dark. grrr... this has happened a few times. every 2 or 3 months? do any of you have this sort of thing happening with your online trade brokers? gets very annoying. i'm wondering if i should be switching to someone else.
