If they are over 100% and the stock still manages to gap up a bit, then the people[Market makers] should all be fired.
Openly outright fraud.
If it's 50% then there was balanced selling and buying.
What Irks me is when there are 60% short volume and the share price goes up.
Outright manipulation.
Also when the Market Makers justify the stock going down on a 100 share sell order!
That really Freaks all of us out!!
