I agree they are screwed but they too must realize that the Judge is going to dismiss this case hopefully with prejudice. My point was it might be a smart move to try and lessen the damages by admitting they erred, apologizing and withdrawing. Time will tell all but we agree they are screwed! Go CTIX!!!
