I have a couple of quick thoughts for you. Perhaps the reason that recruitment is taking so long is that there is not nearly the demand for OM treatment as many believe. No need to rush if the resulting indication will not produce much revenue. It might even be prudent to end at the interim review point if that produces enough info to proceed with UP/UC indications. Just one possibility.
