Very simple. They aren't as good as he claimed them to be and other companies know this. Why would he have given the Dx company to another worthless company for worhtless stock if the Dx could have been sold for hard cash? Answer is because the Dx division is a bust. What ever happened to lympro being commercialized? No one wants to use it because it doesn't work.
