Yes, I remember, but that was not the equipment that is subject of the lawsuit.
Those you refer to were Lasergraphics "The Director" film scanners, used to scan legacy film into digital files.

If I understand it right, that Cinnafilm equipment is used to improve the image post scanning, and to upscale HD content into 4K.
