The problem is there should be NO help...Private is Private.
Buy your own buses hire your own people...get your own special ed teachers, get your own social workers, get your own sports system....the list goes on...
I am sure public schools get cost back on the buses...there is no reason public schools or money should help.
Who made or makes these arrangements ?
