Personally, I'd wait until I was free and clear from KBM, one way or the other. I do not think a judge will allow conversions. We now have some inkling of understanding that the auditor was directed toward HJOE and in good faith they accepted the recommendation (or hire) and things went south from there.

I'd play it close to the vest, as they are, only announce material events when they occur and stay as closely connected to their fan base as they are through social media.

There is nothing more we need to see to prove that they are self-funding a good deal of their operation, however, we will get more, of that I am certain.

Yes, I think post May court date, and potential trial (doubtful) will be when they drop the hammer.
