My guess is someone does know and is taking care of it. Of course, most people these days oversimplify the logistics of just about everything and expect instant gratification. That tends to generate a lot of rumors like nobody knowing anything because they haven't answered or released a statement and the issue hasn't been resolved. Companies get much closer to instant fixes once they're large enough to have a department for every layer of the business, but even then they have to wait for certain resolutions that can't be forced. I just saw a reference to Vanessa Adams taking over the RMH Brands threads, so I would bet we'll see the website back on track very soon, even with her being as busy as she is already. They'll get it done cause it's important to them. I'm sure it took back seat to beverage sales/promotion as a priority.
