In addition to the debt I'm still concerned of the share structure and the companies history of splits. Anyone have any thoughts on this ?
I know there is a share buyback happening, but they announced that to be 500k and taking place 2016 and 2017 ..... So we have a bit of a wait yet (of course this also helps there be no split).
At the current stock price 500k could net them 2.5B shares to retire (so my next question - did they say the buyback would retire the shares ?)
There are a lot of pieces to be cleaned up and in my opinion it's going to take a lot of time. All that said, I'm in over 20m shares (that's a lot for me, I'm sure some of you are heavily invested). So what are your thoughts on the debt, share structure and split history ?
