Where would you put them if you were a dealer? I'd place them in liquor stores, airports and nightclubs. That's a good question about cost to dealer. I'm wondering why it would cost a dealer anything? Machine gets placed, dealer fills the machine and gets paid by distributor and money collected is profit for the distributor. If dealers had to pay for the machines they'd have proprietary ownership rights. Don't think that will happen, but of course that's just an opinion and I could be way off.
