Yep correct.. 10k and 8k is the most substantial filing of the three.. the MDA section is what is of most importance for me.. im looking for forward projections, catalyst as well how they are and will handle inventory obsolescence and increase receivables turnover, basically revenue generation..also how they handled or going to handle g&a expenses including bad debt expense all going forward.. all will be divulged soon enough..TALK WILL BE SUCCESFUL !!!
