Edward Bronson had another attempt at "financing" using a new financing company, Macallan, last year, attempting to do a deal with Metatron.

Metatron "updated" shareholders with claims that they were getting this approved by the SEC, and said that the SEC "asked for just a few changes", and that the financing would be completed soon. Thankfully, it seems the SEC never approved the offering, and there were no further updates. It just died. "
