They just need the 10k I think, not sure if they need the quarterlies to update the status.
I know everyone is sick of the FINRA stuff but they must be current in order for FINRA to not fine them after the 71 days if the amended 8k is released before being current. I am thinking and hoping this all gets done in the 71 day time-frame.
