You only have to take good mosquito repellant to the Caribbean. You need firearms to go to Europe these days. The better resorts spray their grounds often, so no worries there. Stay in the water when not on the resort grounds and use bug spray when you're not wet. You'll survive nicely. Just think "Boat Drinks"!
