Regarding the NTGL Audit completion " Unfortunately, what we thought was going to happen in our August shareholder meeting was delayed and ended up not happening with the firm we hired. They did not complete the audit for various reasons on their side. We have engaged another accounting firm to do the audit and we can confirm that everything will be completed this year including the filings and the stock issuances."
