It would truly be amazing if P works like it did in the pre-clinical trials. From what I can see it is quite difficult to make that happen and there are a ton of trials on clinical trials.gov site for psoriasis. The link below is to a company that had promising pre-clinicals but did not have positive results. There are many failed attempts to deal with psoriasis from what I can tell. Leo even mentioned that P was a long shot. However, I cannot imagine mentioning partnerships in a PR if you did not have some inclination that the drug was working to some extent. I think for P, even a little improvement could be huge. Then again, Leo may simply be stating the obvious. It should be very interesting to see how this unfolds and what impact it has whether positive or negative.
