Has Pershing Resources Company, Inc written its own Swan Song /OR/ more accurately, Has Pershing Resources Company, Inc's FAILURE to provide timely, accurate and verifiable information to shareholders and potential investors caused the share price to tank? Why would a company sit quietly and idly by and watch its value dump? Are insiders waiting to buy up all the shares at virtually nothing? Are the claims worthless? Are all the whamma jamma extraction 'technologies' failures? /OR/... Back to the insiders..... Is the share price so low because insiders want it to be next to nothing and only a few will buy/own a majority of shares at a firesale price? 20+ years of NOTHING ever happening makes one wonder why this company is still around AND still allegedly buying up more and more precious medal claims. Anyone have any ideas that COULD hold merit?
