speaking of absurd ..
it should come as zero surprise that they had to *show* volume and *reset* the 52 week low on PTOI
it took them till 11:38 to actually *fill* a long's legit bid @ 021 (in place since Monday pre mkt)
count up the *volume* b4 that trade was both filled and duped @ 021
and you might just buy a clue
this is called a *shake* and it's done to shake out actual P2O investors
guess what .. it hasn't worked
and yep like a timex clock .. P2O still keeps ticking on ..
